Disclaimer of Warranties
VidBuddy is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of summaries. You use the Service at your own risk.
Billing and Refunds
By subscribing to VidBuddy, you accept our billing terms. Fees for using VidBuddy are billed starting from the date you choose to activate the service or from the date the payment is processed, whichever occurs later. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for our service, and this policy is strictly adhered to without exceptions. You have the flexibility to cancel your VidBuddy subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for any future charges, effectively stopping any upcoming payments.

By using VidBuddy, you consent to receive emails related to the Service. You can opt out at any time.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
Indemnification
